Refund Policy

We are provided a limited time for revision. The customer can log in to the student area using the login details and add the new instructions anytime if they are not happy with the final paperwork that we delivered offer unlimited revisions. In case CheapEssayWriting.net fails to provide the paper according to the customer’s instructions and they copy content, they have to issue a refund that applies to that order.

Be informed! After claiming a refund, the customer will not be able to use the paper (partly or fully) as we will share it with popular plagiarism prevention tools.

REFUND GUIDELINES

• Customer receives a 100 percent refund if the writer is not assigned and starts the work.
• The paper we are providing is a simple reference paper for the review and is used only for guidance before the submission of the paper.
• What we guarantee is that the work will provide will not result in failure (F).

Refund Before Order Delivered:

• The customer receives 100 percent if the writer does not start the work.
• If the writer starts the work, the customer receives only 50 _70 percent refund they depending on the work.
• Once the writer completes the work and delivers it on time before the deadline, and then you cancel the work, you cannot receive any refund.

OTHER REFUND SITUATIONS
Along with the above, there are other situations in which the customers receive partial and full refunds. The customer will be informed quickly if they want to add more things to the paper .

No Assigned Writer Yet
In very rare cases not a suitable writer may not be available for the order. If this type of thing happens, the customers will receive a 100 percent refund. If the customer is not provided the any Turnitin report, the claim will not be valid and refunds will not be issued.

Plagiarism Claim
If the customer believes the order contains plagiarism, they must submit the Turnitin report. No other reports will be accepted from Turnitin. If customers are not provided the Turnitin report, the refund will not be held.

Duplicate Order/Payment
If the customer places the order twice and also gives a duplicate payment, they must call the support team Costumer must provide the proof of duplicate payment and also give their ID, so that the company can give the refund.

Writer’s Unavailability

• In case of unavailability of the writer related to that subject, the customer will receive a 100 percent refund.
• If writers’ availability is limited in time, then we will update the customer and tell them about the delay of the order, and the order is being late due to some issues, for example, the internet and network issues
• Deadline Missed:
• If the deadline is missed due to the customer issue and they could not pick the any phone or message, and the order is delayed, this is a customer issue and we can give a zero refund because this is the customer’s issue, not the company’s issue .. The customer will not be allowed a refund. To bypass such kind of situations, Customers are guided to pay the whole amount once the order is placed.
• Refund and the dispute request must be submitted within 3 days after the submission of the final paper. If the claim is not made in this period, then no refund will be issued.
• If the customer has already accepted the version of the final paper, but they also want the refund, they must contact our support team.
• The customer must submit the paper proof if they mistakenly send the payment twice, and also send the same work to the team twice.

REFUND PROCESS AND DEADLINE
If the customer is not happy with the quality of the order, you can request a free revision or a partial refund, and also change the writer.

We are asking for the refund. We will provide the word revision paper along with the evidence, and also share the reviews. You must submit the refund request within three days after receiving the final paper. If you respond within the time, the request will be cancelled.

If you still require a refund after the final copy has already been accepted, the Support Team must be emailed to get further assistance.

The following refund policy will be applicable in all refund cases:

• Full refund if you request before the delivery.
• 70% refund if the request is made within 1_3 days for the delivery.
• 50% refund if the request is within 4_5 days of delivery.
• 20% refund if the request is made within 7 days of delivery.
• NO refund if the request is made after the 8 days of delivery.

We may ask for your proof for the claim, such as the plagiarism report for the software house (e.g., Turnitin), in case you claim that your report is plagiarized
